30-Days Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at vegoristore@gmail.com. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Items sent back without prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Customers are our assets, and we respect our customers. However, used pairs can only be repaired free of charge within 6 months. After 6 months, service charges will apply.

We do not exchange items from clearance sales.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note, sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged. It may take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note: The decision of the company will be considered final in all scenarios.
